Why I Founded IntiTrust

I spent over 15 years leading AI transformation initiatives at Microsoft, where I saw firsthand that the biggest challenges weren’t technical—they were human.

I founded IntiTrust to help organizations make confident decisions about where AI creates the greatest value, how to redesign work with people at the center, and how to turn AI investments into measurable business outcomes.

Why IntiTrust Exists

Throughout my career, one thing became clear to me: the biggest challenge wasn’t the technology. It was helping leaders see where AI could create meaningful value—and helping their people embrace the change.

I saw firsthand how AI agents and intelligent workflows could eliminate repetitive work, create space for creativity, improve decision-making, and allow people to focus on higher-value work.

That’s why I created IntiTrust: to help organizations reinvent work, transform AI resisters into AI champions, and build workplaces where people and AI succeed together.

Why We Started with Healthcare

Every company starts somewhere. For IntiTrust, that journey began with something deeply personal.

Like many families, I experienced the uncertainty of having loved ones in senior living. I knew what it felt like to wonder how my grandparents were doing, to wait for updates, and to experience the frustration that can come when communication was delayed or important information didn’t reach the right people.

That realization became the inspiration for IntiTrust Health. My goal is simple: use AI and intelligent workflows to reduce administrative burden so caregivers can spend more time focused on what matters most—the residents and families they serve.
