Origin
The Story Behind Our Name
The name IntiTrust Health begins with Inti, a Peruvian Quechua word meaning "Sun", symbolizing light, guidance, warmth, and life.
Living in Peru and surrounded by the history of the Andes, I was inspired by what Inti represents: bringing visibility where there is uncertainty and clarity where people need it most.
Combined with Trust, IntiTrust was born from a simple idea: to strengthen trust between people, technology, and the organizations they serve.

I've spent over 15 years in IT helping organizations navigate digital transformation—supporting software migrations, integrations, and implementations across a wide variety of industries.
For the past 5 years, I had the privilege of working at Microsoft, where I partnered with organizations to harness the power of cloud, data, and AI to transform how they operate.
That experience reinforced something I had seen throughout my career: technology alone doesn't change an organization. People do.

Why IntiTrust Exists
Throughout my career, one thing became clear to me: the biggest challenge wasn’t the technology. It was helping leaders understand where AI could genuinely make work better—and helping the people affected by change build trust, confidence, and a voice in how that change happens. I saw firsthand how AI agents and intelligent workflows could reduce repetitive work, create space for creativity, improve decision-making, and help teams focus on work that matters. That’s why I created IntiTrust: to help leaders make AI useful in the real work of their organizations while keeping people at the center of the change.
Why We Started with Healthcare
Every company starts somewhere. For IntiTrust, that journey began with something deeply personal.
Through my own experience—and as I learned more about the senior living industry—one theme kept emerging: Families want peace of mind. Caregivers want more time to care. Leaders want greater visibility into their communities.
IntiTrust Health was created to bring people, processes, and information together—helping communities operate with greater transparency, accountability, and confidence.

Bringing AI Transformation to Organizations
For the past several years, I have led AI adoption, operational transformation, workflow optimization, privacy, and security initiatives at Microsoft.
I've also designed AI-powered and agentic solutions that simplify complex workflows, help people make better decisions, and remove work that doesn't need to be work.
Those experiences inspired me to create IntiTrust—a platform and methodology built to make AI useful in everyday work through intelligent workflows, responsible AI, and thoughtful change.
